| Kim has been with CRM six years. As front office administrator and IVF administrative coordinator, Kim supervises the front office staff, handles all administrative and financial aspects of IVF, and completes authorizations and verifications for all patients. Before coming to CRM Kim worked as a certified medical assistant and an office manager in an ob/gyn office. She enjoys “using her ability to educate patients and be sure they are using their benefits to the fullest extent.”

 Marge came to CRM 16 years ago after working at the health department in Orlando and as an office manager for a general surgeon. She works in the insurance and billing department. “I love what I do,’’ says Marge, who has a husband of 43 years, two sons, one daughter and seven grandchildren. “We have a fantastic group and I’ve made some great friends. The doctors really care and do what is the best for each individual patient.” |
 Melissa is CRM’s director of finance. “This is a wonderful group of people,’’ Melissa says. “We are truly a family that is dedicated to helping others start or grow their family. I think patients pick up on that and it helps them relax, knowing they are in good hands.” Melissa has an 8-year-old daughter, Caitlin (herself a product of CRM!), two cats and a dog, all of whom sport their Gator colors, especially during football season.
