ArleneArlene works in our Celebration office. She received her nursing degree from the University of Puerto Rico and before coming to CRM was a medical specialist in the U.S. Army for 10 years. She also worked in a mother baby-unit and a pediatric clinic. “We have three of the ‘Best Doctors in America’ and an excellent nursing staff who provide exceptional and compassionate care,’’ says Arlene, who has two children, 17-year-old Jessica and 11-year-old Robert, and Mr. Wrinkles, a 135-pound Mastiff. She has been part of the CRM team for four years.
BethBeth stays busy at CRM assisting with procedures, checking out patients and much more. She worked for an ob/gyn office in Ohio and currently is working on her bachelor’s degree at UCF. Beth, who has one daughter, Holly, and two dogs, Cocoa and Harvey, says she loves the rewarding feeling when patients get pregnant. “That’s what it’s all about,” she says. “And at CRM, patients get special one-on-one attention from the entire staff.” Beth has been with CRM for more than eight years.
CindyCindy is one of Dr. DeVane’s two nurses. The best part of working at CRM, she says, is “helping couples make families.” Cindy has been at CRM for eight years, is married to Mark, and has a 14-year-old daughter, Shelby, and 5-year-old son, Josh.
JessicaJessica, one of Dr. Loy’s two nurses, graduated from Florida Hospital College in 2000 and worked in labor and delivery at Florida Hospital for four years before coming to CRM. She describes CRM as having a “family-like bond that is shared with co-workers and patients.” Jessica is married and has two sons, 7-year-old Dylan and 2-year-old Bradley, and has one more on the way!
Jill, one of Dr. Jaffe’s nurses, has worked with mothers and children in five states, and two Central American countries. “I am happy to be part of a team that utilizes modern medicine to help create new families,’’ says Jill, who attended Johns Hopkins Hospital and St. Louis University. Jill, who has one grown daughter, Sonya, says living overseas has given her a lasting love of travel.
KathyKathy, one of CRM’s IVF nurses, has been a nurse for more than 30 years. She spent 15 in ob/gyn before coming to CRM, where she has been for more than 10 years. She enjoys working “as a team to make our patients’ dreams come true. We all have the same goal.” Kathy, who has two sons, Sean and David, says one of her best CRM memories is of a patient who stimulated very quickly and had daily labs and ultrasounds. “After a very intense week, with cancellation a breath away, she was retrieved and transferred. She now has beautiful twins to show for all of our hard work. I look at those baby pictures daily for a reminder.” Kathy also has a “beautiful granddaughter,” Madeline.
Linda is our advanced registered nurse practitioner as well as CRM’s research coordinator. She worked with an Ob/Gyn while in school and began her RN profession after her undergraduate education. She later became certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility Nursing and became a women’s health nurse practitioner. She has been a part of the CRM team for more than two decades. “We work as a team to provide the most advanced care possible in a very compassionate and individualized setting,’’ says Linda, who has been married for 24 years and has one daughter, 12-year-old Lauren, and a son, 4-year-old John Arthur.
