Patients usually will see Cheyenne’s face first when entering CRM’s new Celebration office. Cheyenne loves kids and helping people, “even if it’s only to smile,’’ she says. “At CRM we are helping people make babies, giving them the chance to experience profound love and a chance for a family.” |
Delores schedules all medical procedures, including surgeries, performed in either the CRM surgical suite or at a hospital. She has one son, 12-year-old Henry, and describes CRM, where she has been for six years, as having a very “family-like atmosphere.”

Dori, new patient coordinator, loves being the first person to speak with new patients and “start them off towards their new dream.” Dori schedules new patients, gathering background and insurance information and discussing what will take place during the first visit. Dori worked for nine years in a pediatric neurologist’s office and five years in an ob/gyn office before coming to CRM four years ago. The CRM staff “truly cares,’’ she says, “and when needed go the extra mile for patients.” Her favorite CRM memory involves one of Dr. DeVane’s patients: “Getting a call from the grandmother of the first frozen IVF child that he was going to be on national television and how proud they were of all his accomplishments. They were so thankful for Dr. DeVane.”

Jessie, who works in the Orlando front office, checks out patients, posts payments and answers the busy telephone lines. “It is a pleasure being part of the CRM team,’’ she says. “I’m a mother myself and I love the feeling of hearing news of conceiving.” Jessie is married, has a 7-year-old daughter, and just purchased a new home. She loves shopping and sports – Jessie is a Yankees fan. |
Katryna is CRM’s executive director. For many years she served as the manager of a busy Orlando orthopedic surgery practice. Katryna supervises CRM’s clinical, laboratory and administrative functions. She also is overseeing our Celebration office opening, renovations at the main office and expanded clinical services. “I have always been a children’s advocate,’’ says Katryna, who is married, has two children, one dog and a cat. “I am thrilled to belong to a group committed to helping build families.” Katryna, a native Floridian who loves to read and play hand bells with her church choir, says it took her five years to get pregnant with her first child – during a time when IVF was not available. “I really feel for these couples,’’ she says of the CRM patients.

Kristie often is the first person patients meet when they visit the CRM office. She has worked out at the front desk for nearly three years. Previously she worked at an infertility center in Denver, Colo. Kristie, who describes the CRM doctors, nurses and staff in one word – “awesome” – has a twin sister, one brother, two nieces, one nephew, and another niece or nephew on the way.
