Attain^TM IVF Refund Program

In vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment has helped thousands of patients make their dreams of parenthood come true. However, most couples need to go through more than one IVF cycle before they are successful, and patients who commit to three cycles nearly double their chances of having a baby.

At the Center for Reproductive Medicine, we know that stress about financing can complicate the decision to pursue infertility treatment and that many patients don't have insurance plans that cover the procedures. We are pleased to offer the Attain™ IVF Program, (formerly the IntegraMed® Shared Risk® Refund Program), which is designed to help you manage the cost of IVF treatment and increase your chances of success. In fact, three out of four patients who complete the Attain™ IVF Program take home a baby!

The Attain^TM IVF Program includes:

• Up to six cycles, including three fresh IVF cycles and three frozen embryo transfers. Donor egg recipients receive unlimited frozen embryo transfers.

Insurance Participation

Even with these options, financing infertility treatment can still be worrisome for some patients. Fortunately, more and more insurance providers are now offering coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. At CRM, we work with most major insurance companies to accept coverage for those patients who have it.

However, insurance policies can be confusing, and even those providers that offer infertility and IVF insurance usually have restrictions. We highly recommend that you contact your insurance company or employer to investigate exactly what your policy will and will not cover prior to entering a treatment program.

Cade Foundation

The Tinina Q. Cade Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote awareness of infertility and serve the needs of couples struggling with infertility by providing educational resources and financial assistance for helping them grow their families. The foundation prides itself on three main goals: to serve the community by providing education on infertility and related issues working alone as well as in partnership with other organizations; to provide financial assistance for families struggling with infertility who are either pursuing treatment or domestic adoption through grants; and to raise funds that will be used to provide grants for families pursuing fertility treatment or domestic adoption.

Each year the foundation provides selected infertile families up to $10,000 to assist with the costs associated with infertility treatment or domestic adoption.
