Recommended Fertility Resources

It is important for patients who are struggling with infertility to have access to plenty of information and support throughout their treatment journey. At the Center for Reproductive Medicine, we strive to provide as many resources as possible to our clients, including psychological support and information about coping with infertility. Furthermore, we also recommend several highly respected organizations that our Orlando, Florida-area fertility patients can turn to for additional information and support.

The American Society of Reproductive Medicine

In addition to being one of the premier professional organizations in the field, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) is an excellent source of information on a broad range of topics, including fertility, contraception, menopause, and sexuality. Patients will find articles and fact sheets that explain an extensive list of subjects in a clear and thorough manner.

The American Fertility Association

The American Fertility Association (AFA) is another non-profit organization that focuses specifically on issues of family building. The AFA provides education, advocacy, and support for couples who are struggling to have children. Patients can find general information about such topics as reproductive health, fertility treatment, and adoption, as well as relevant news articles and a nationwide support network.

The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology

The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) is a professional society for physicians who provide in vitro fertilization and related procedures. Thorough information about procedures, success rates, candidacy, and medications are available for fertility patients who are interested in learning more about ART.

RESOLVE

RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association is a nationwide organization dedicated to advocacy and support for men and women with fertility problems. RESOLVE also has local chapters throughout the country, including Central Florida, and provides support networks on both local and national levels.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association

Women who suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) have unique concerns and experiences. The Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association (PCOSA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of PCOS and providing information and support to women with this condition.
