We are providers for most insurance companies but recommend that you call our finance team to find out if we accept your insurance. Since infertility may or may not be covered by your insurance company we also recommend that you call your insurance company so you can fully understand your benefits, get the most up-to-date information, and make informed decisions regarding your treatment plan.

If you think you have coverage for IVF procedures, we recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to considering the IVF program.

Typically, you will pay the Center for Reproductive Medicine your entire portion on or before cycle day 21 (first visit) of the IVF cycle. This fee is a package price based on an average number of visits and tests. You may or may not be billed for additional tests or visits.
