This special program is available from September 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. 

Program Details 

• For new patients: Schedule your initial consultation on or before December 31, 2025, and receive 15% off eligible treatment packages purchased during the promotional period. 

• For current patients: If you are already in care at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, your next IUI and IVF treatment cycles paid in full on or before December 31, 2025, are eligible for the discount. 

Services Included 

The discount applies to a variety of treatments and services provided directly by our team, including: 

• Physician consultations 

• Ovulation induction monitoring 

• Egg retrieval procedures 

• Embryology services (from cycle day one through egg or embryo cryopreservation) 

Important Exclusions 

The discount cannot be applied to third-party services such as: 

• Medications 

• Phlebotomy 

• Anesthesia 

• Genetic testing 

• Tissue storage fees 

This program may not be combined with insurance or any other offers. Certain treatment packages may not qualify for discounts, and availability is limited. We recommend speaking with one of our Financial Counselors to explore your specific options.
